My first time editing video and dubbing with music… every time I watch it I get goosebumps! The quality of the video and camery stability need improvement, but I would say considering what I started with it hasn’t finished too badly. Edited with Windows Movie Maker.

A video clip from my summer Lunging Demonstration and clinic in 2008. Demonstrating starting a young horse on the lunge and what to look for in the first lessons. Horse in video is *Ovanlig Obi, a Dutch Warmblood and Bashkir Curly cross gelding, 4 years old… first time on the lunge.

Demonstration of seat exercise #1 — How to Fix Your Seat.

Important for learning where your base balance point is, although it may initially be slightly uncomfortable it is only temporary and because your body has become accustomed to riding out of position.
